Laser Direct Imaging

Description:
Laser Direct Imaging is a new technology in printed circuit board production. Conductive images can be exposed without going through a film master. The high resolution of the process is very well suited for fine structures (track width <= 100 µm). Also, the layout can be scaled to match the offset of the drilled base material.

LDI technology is also used to expose the solder resist.
